We are dedicated to making your pets stay an enjoyable and memorable one. Listed below are the
services we offer.

                                Pampered Pet Vacation Package.
Your Pampered Pets Vacation Package will begin by checking into a Suite with luxury bedding ,raised
diner, blanket, and their own personal TV for their enjoyment tuned to Animal Planet. The owner
can arrange furniture or decorate their loved ones Suite how ever they want too. You are welcome
to bring their own belongings (i.e. beds, blankets, toys, and treats) whatever you think will make
their stay more enjoyable. Toddler beds are available upon request for senior citizens only.

*Housekeeping will visit your pets suite daily. We clean sanitize
and mop the suites the old fashioned way "by hand". All dishes
are removed and washed daily. We would never spray our suites
out with a hose. Your pets suite will be completely dry before we
let them go back in.

                                                                   Daily Activities
Your pets day will start at 6:00am with personal time in the play yard. Once they return to their
Suite, their TV will be turned on for them and at 7:00am breakfast will be served. Once everyone
has had a chance to wake up and let their breakfast settle, the activities will begin at 9:00am. We
run play groups, individual playtime, and games. Noontime is nap time. Your pet will retire to their
Suite to find that room service has dropped off a complementary snack, a Kong toy stuffed full of
their favorite goodies. They will enjoy a peaceful uninterrupted nap from 12:00-2:00. After 2:00 the
games and play will start up again. At 4:30pm your pet will be escorted to their Suite and given a
treat of their choice. Dinner will be served for the PM eaters at 6:00pm. At 8:30pm your pet will
once again get their own private time in the play yard then it is time for bed at 9:00. Your pet will
get a most peaceful nights rest because our resort is set far back in a country setting away from any
disturbances. Let us be the first to say

*We have an on-call Vet, Dr. Terry Mitchell, of Clinton Animal
Hospital, so you can rest assure your pet will be in good hands.

                                                                           Daycare
Daycare drop-off starts at 6:00am. Daycare play ends at 4:00. Daycare guest reside in the play
building for the day they are not in Suites. They stay in travel crates for nap time and awaiting pick-
up. Daycare is for pets that play well with others. Every dog gets to play, socialize, and make new
friends. If you are not sure if your pet plays well with others you can bring them in for a half day
and we will test them. Before any dog can be put in a play group they must go through a screening
process and pass before we let them interact with others. If they do not pass the screening or if they
show any aggression to the other pets they will not be allowed
to play in play groups again. Play groups are for dogs of equal size.
Your pet must be spayed or neutered in order to participate.


                                              Hookbill Hotel
We are highly experienced in large and small bird care. Included in your feathered friends stay is a
large Avian Adventure cage with play top, breakfast of fresh fruits and vegetables, lunch of brown
rice and sweet potatoes, and a 42” flat panel TV for that special parrot
vision, along special parrot movies. All you provide is the seed, pellets,
or nuts and toys. We will let your bird out to play and exercise daily. You
do not need to worry we do not use scented plug ins, air fresheners, or
aerosols. If our lights go out we have battery operated candles so they
will not encounter harmful toxins that candles release. We also offer a
bath along with nail and wing trim for an extra fee.

                                           Self Wash Spa Area
                                                                        (extra fee applies)
Before you check out make sure you take full advantage of our self wash spa area. Shampoos,
Conditioners, Cologne, Facial Scrub, and Paw Bubble Bath products featured
by SPA. Ear Wipes, Toothpaste, Nail Trimmers, De shedding brush, and Towels
are provided. You clean them up and leave the mess to us. Your pet will feel
so good after being cleaned up and will be ready to go home smelling great and
ready for some rest.

Requirements
Vet Record of current shots. No admittance without record.
Required shots:

		Dogs - Bordatella, Canine Distemper( DHLPP), and Rabies. NEW Bordatella shots need to be given 10
		days prior to visiting or boarding. New means your pet has never had the bordatella shot before. If they have then it is a 6 month or yearly shot.

Dogs have to be at least 1 year old.

Cats - Rabies and FVRCP.

		We require getting your pets shot records to us prior to boarding (faxed copy will work) that way if
		anything is missing you will have time to correct it before your vacation. If any of these shots are missing or outdated at check-in, we will not allow your pet to stay here.

		Please bring your pets own food from home unless your pet is participating in the Room Service Hot
		Plate. The only food we offer is the Hot Plate. We don't carry commercial pet food.

Please bring your pets leash, harness, and collar.

We require your pet to be clean and free of fleas upon check-in.

Helpful Hints

		Please print our check-in forms from the Forms and Directions page to expedite your check-in. Please
		allow 15-20 minutes for check-in.

		To help your pet adjust better you might want to bring a blanket or an article of clothing with your scent
		on it to put in their Suite. Your scent seems to help sooth them.

		If you want to bring your pets own bedding, toys, blanket, or snacks feel free to do so just please mark
		them with your pets name. At check-out you are responsible for making sure you have everything your pet came with. Items left here over 30 days become ours.

All food or treats need to be brought in, in an airtight container.

		If your pet has never boarded before we suggest you bring them out for daycare or an overnight stay prior
		to boarding to see how they adjust. This will also give them a chance to get familiar with us and our place. If you think your pet will not do well here, maybe a pet nanny will be a more convenient choice. You can contact Pampered Pet Sitting at 660-747-3554 to arrange in-home visits.
