Reservations A credit card is required for a reservation. You have 48 hours prior to boarding to cancel your reservation or you will be charged a $25 fee. When booking your pets vacation please be specific on the dates. Your pick-up dates will be logged when you check-in, therefore, you will pay for the dates you book. If your pet is picked up early you will still pay through your original pick-up date. Hours of Operation Monday - Sunday Pick-up and Drop-off information We close 10:00pm - 3:00pm everyday to the public Drop-off times: 8:00am - 10:00am 3:00pm -5:30pm Pick-up times: 8:00am - 10:00am 3:00pm -5:30pm Self Wash Spa Area hours: 8am-10am and 3pm-5:00 pm Pick-ups after 10:00am will be charged for a full day. No pick-ups or drop-offs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day Our Pet Resort is only open seasonal, therefore, we will close our doors after the last New Years boarder and reopen in March. |
