Reservations
    A credit card is required for a reservation. You have 48 hours prior to boarding to cancel
your reservation or you will be charged a $25 fee. When booking your pets vacation please be
specific on the dates. Your pick-up dates will be logged when you check-in, therefore, you will
pay for the dates you book. If your pet is picked up early you will still pay through your
original pick-up date.

Pick-up and Drop-off information
We close 12:00pm - 2:00pm everyday
Drop-off times: 8:00am - 12:00pm          2:00pm -5:30pm
Pick-up times: 8:00am - 12:00pm           2:00pm -5:30pm
Self Wash Spa Area hours: 8am-11am and 2pm-4:30 pm
Pick-ups after 11:00 will be charged for a full day.
No pick-ups or drop-offs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day

Our Pet Resort is only open seasonal, therefore, we will close our doors after the last New Years boarder
and reopen in March.
