FAQ's
 | NO American Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweilers, or any | |
| breed mixed with, resembling, or displaying the physical traits of any of these breeds. | ||
| NO puppies under age of 1 yr. | |
| NO in season females. | |
| NO aggressive dogs, biters, or fence climbers. | |
| Any damage to our facility will be paid for in full at time of check out. | |
| Any pet causing damage or being a nuisance will be placed in a travel crate in their suite. If an owner is | |
| against their pet going into a crate than please find other boarding arrangements. | ||
| Constant barkers please supply a bark control collar or your pet will not be allowed back. Constant | |
| barking means 24-7 barking. | ||
| We do not muzzle pets unless it is an emergency. | |
| If your pet has never boarded before you have to supply a contact person that can pick your pet up if they | |
| become destructive or unruly. | ||
| We don't carry commercial dog food if your pet is not participating in the Room Service Hot Plate (aka | |
| Healthy Hot Treat) then please bring your pets own food. | ||
| If your Pet runs out of food and we have to go to town to get them more we will charge a $15.00 service | |
| fee on top of the price of the food. | ||
| We close at 5:30pm, so last pick-up needs to be at 5:15pm. If you are going to be later than 5:30pm you | |
| need to pick your pet up the following day. | ||
| Just because we live on the property doesn't mean we are available at anytime. | |
| The self wash spa area closes at 5:00pm. | |
| We close everyday from 10am-3pm. No pick-ups, drop-offs, or tours between this time. | |
| We hate to see ya go but if you must, check-out time is 10am. Check-outs later than 10am are charged a | |
| full day. | ||
| When booking your pets vacation please be specific on the dates. Your pick-up dates will be logged when | |
| you check-in, therefore, you will pay for the dates you book. If your pet is picked up early you will still pay through your original pick-up date. Early departures are keeping that suite from being rented out. | ||
| If your pet comes to our facility with fleas, we will give them a bath and bill you at check out. Please be a | |
| responsible pet owner and use a flea and tick preventative. | ||
| We have the right to refuse service to anyone. |

| We do not groom therefore, our time is spent with your pet. | |
| We do not sell live animals. | |
| We do get your dog dirty from playing with them(see pic. on bottom right), so we recommend you set your | |
| grooming appointment after you pick up your very tired pooch or use our self wash spa area. |

I really appreciate the way you have designed your business and all the hard work you are doing. I know your job is not easy and it takes a lot to provide the quality services that you are. I've been saying for months that I wish I had somewhere to leave Reed that seemed more like a home and less like a "kennel" - Pet Play Station is exactly that. I was excited to see his picture on your website. I can tell by the look on his face that he is happy! It makes me feel good about bringing him back in December for his long stay. Reservations & Pricing Reservations A credit card is required for a reservation. You have 48 hours prior to boarding to cancel your reservation or you will be charged a $25 fee. When booking your pets vacation please be specific on the dates. Your pick-up dates will be logged when you check-in, therefore, you will pay for the dates you book. If your pet is picked up early you will still pay through your original pick-up date. Hours of Operation Monday - Sunday Pick-up and Drop-off information We close 10:00pm - 3:00pm everyday to the public Drop-off times: 8:00am - 10:00am 3:00pm -5:30pm Pick-up times: 8:00am - 10:00am 3:00pm -5:30pm Self Wash Spa Area hours: 8am-10am and 3pm-5:00 pm Pick-ups after 10:00am will be charged for a full day. No pick-ups or drop-offs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day Our Pet Resort is only open seasonal, therefore, we will close our doors after the last New Years boarder and reopen in March. |

| Our Pampered Pet Parents Speak Out: Hi Jamie and Kris, just a note to thank you for taking such good care of Rex (or T-Rex, as he is sometimes known). It was great when we found you last year at the 'Ole Glory Days', as we had a couple of trips planned and was not sure what to do with our little guy. You were certainly our answer. Even though he was not very social in the beginning and even a little challenge, you did a wonderful job. It is well worth the price to know Rex is well cared for and had his own suite and TV.
